With all of the different AEG air seal nozzles on the market, it can be difficult to tell which ones are made to the proper spec to suit your needs. There are tons of variables that can contribute to something as simple as an air seal nozzle not functioning as it should.

Things such as incorrect taper, too wide of nozzle diameter, over or under-tightness of the internal o-ring, and most commonly the nozzle being the incorrect length. For whatever reason, someone somewhere published that the M4 nozzle is 21.4mm, so many airsoft manufacturers began making air nozzles to 21.4mm. Unfortunately, most guns require air nozzles in the 21.1-21.3mm range.

BCA took one of the best all-around air nozzles on the market, and made the following improvements:

• Corrected the length to 21.20-21.25mm
• Shortened the taper and corrected the angle to improve seal with hop-up rubbers
• Enlarged the internal O-ring channel to reduce friction on cylinder heads while maintaining a perfect air seal
• Reduced shaft inner diameter to reduce wobble on cylinder heads
